  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel delays, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in writing at [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • In the unlikely event that Mimosas & Business is postponed or rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically be honored for the new date.

  • If at any time a ticket purchase, vendor registration, or sponsorship is disputed or charged back, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds, damages, and associated legal fees.
